1/2 cup oil (enough to cook onions)
1/4 kg onion (1 onion, diced)
1/2 TBS garlic (2 cloves, crushed)
6 green aji (1 Tsp yellow aji)
4 slices of white bread without edges (2 slice, no edges, blended with chicken broth)
1 can of evaporated milk (drizzle of regular milk)
10 TBS of parmesan cheese (to taste)
1/2 kg of walnuts (1 cup peanuts)
salt
pepper
potatoes, boiled and then peeled (6 potatoes)
1 whole chicken :) (2 chicken breasts boiled)
(chicken bouillon)

Boil chicken with salt, cool and shred. Boil potatoes, cool and peel. In the mean time grind peanuts, set aside. Use broth from chicken boil (not all, about a cup or two) to soak bread and blend. In pot, cook onions with oil until soft. add garlic and aji and cook. Add the broth bread and chicken bouillon and cook for 10 min. Add the nuts, chicken, cheese and milk, making sure not to make it too runny. If runny add another blended bread or add cheese... your choice.
