1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 c quick oats
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
6 TBS melted butter
2 TBS brown sugar
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients and set aside. in small bowl, mix eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture. Stir until blended. Pour batter on drids of preheated, lightly greased waffle iron.
