2 Cup Flour
3 Egg Yolks
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 - 1/2 Cup water
Mix eggs, flour and salt on low in mixer until even. Then add water one Tbsp at a time until dough forms a ball. Let dough turn in mixer for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Let rest for 10 minutes. Roll and cut into noodles.
