--Marinade
1 Lb Pork
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 Shallots, crushed (or small onion)
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp ground pepper
1/4 Cup Oil
--Peanut Sauce for dipping
1 Cup Hoisin sauce
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Rice Vingear
--Fish Sauce Dip
1/4 Cup White vinegar
1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper
marinade- mix all ingredients and marinade for at least 1 hr. grill, broil or sautee.
for peanut sause and fish sauce, can add a little of vietnamese chili garlic hot paste instead of garlic and red pepper.
