1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
Cream butter, shortening, sugar, eggs until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into walnut size balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Back at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
