3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Oats
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Nuts
1. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
2. Cream shortenings, sugars, eggs, vanilla.
3. Slowly add dry ingredients and pumpkin to creamed mixture.
4. Drop heaping Tbsp of cookie on to cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 14 minutes @375 degrees until slightly brown.
