2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 1/2 Cup Club Soda
2 Lemons Juiced
Mix Flour, Baking powder, and salt together in bowl. Heat up a large frying pan to medium/high heat. Make sure frying pan is non-stick. Mix in club soda very gently not to pop many of the bubbles. Pour batter into pre-heated pan to form a pancake. Turn once to cook both sides. Remove from pan and brush with lemon just and roll into tube.
