3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon tsp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp mace
2 large eggs
1 can libbys 100 pure pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 pie shell
preheat oven 425F . mix sugar, cinnamon, salt,ginger, and cloves in small bowl. beat eggs in large bowl. stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mix. gradually stir in evaporated milk. pour into pieshell. bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 min. Reduce temp to 350F bake for 40 to 50 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. cool on write rack for 2 hr. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with wipped cream before serving.
