1 lb Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic (1 Tbsp crushed ginger, 1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Cubed tomatoes
1/4 cup sherry
~1Tbs sugar to taste
Mix yogurt and chicken and let it marinade for 1 hr.

In large pan, heat oil and cook all spices to smoke point for 2 minutes.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.

Add chicken and sear until cooked.

Add broth let simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

Add tomatoes and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add sugar and salt to taste.
