1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cup Milk
2 Egg Yolks slightly beaten
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tsp Vanilla
Blend sugar, cornstarch, and salt in 2-quart sauce-pan. Combine milk and half of egg yolks, keep other half for later; gradually stir iinto sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until miture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Cool and serve.
