1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
3 Eggs yolks beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Whipping Cream
16 Ounces frozen strawberrys in syrup - thawed
Mix sugar, salt, milk, and egg yolks in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just uyntil bubbles appear around the edge of the mixture in pan. Cool in fridge for 4-6 hours or until chilled. Mix in vanilla, chilled whipping cream, and thawed straberries. Put into ice cream freezer until desired consistency.
