1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
3 Egg Yolks Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 Cups Whipping Cream
Mix sugar, salt, milk, melted chocolate, and egg yolks in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just uyntil bubbles appear around the edge of the mixture in pan. Cool in fridge for 4-6 hours or until chilled. Mix in vanilla and chilled whipping cream. Put into ice cream freezer until desired consistency.
