1 Cup Four
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
Mix all ingredients together with mixer on high. Pour 2 Tbsp deef fat or oil into each cup cake pan and bake oil/fat in oven @ 425 for 10 minutes. Remove from over and quickly fill each cupcake cup with batter 3/4 full. Quickly place back in over for 25 minutes.
