3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup White Sugar
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in mixer until fluffy. Slowly add dry ingredients until mixed at medium speed. (Do not added chocolated chips yet). Test for correct consistency of cookies by dipping finger into dough and it should come out clean. If not then add a small amount of more flour and mix. Repeat until cookie dough does not stick to your finger when dipped in. Mix in chocolate chips and dip desired amount onto baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until lightly brown.
