2/3 salted butter
1 egg
1 Tsp vanilla

1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp espresso powder
6 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 Cup Flour
1 10oz bag of Reese's peanut butter chips (or any other peanut butter chips)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cream butter, egg, and vanilla until creamy in a mixer.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except chips and mix well.
3. Slowly mix in chips.
4. Shape into walnut-sized balls on a cookie tray.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
