1 1/2 pound chicken
1/3 cup of sake and/or mirin (half of each works, if all mirin, less or no sugar)
3 TBS soy sauce (or 2 of dark and 1 of regular soy sauce)
1 small clove or garlic
1 small nob of grated ginger
Corn starch
Oil
Cut chicken in bite sizes
Mix marinade and add chicken
Heat oil in frier
Take pieces of chicken, dredge in corn starch, and fry to 165
