1 1/2 pounds of chicken in fillets beef in thin slices
1/2 small pear (or apple)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBS brown sugar
2TBS sesame oil
3 cloves or garlic
1 TBS ground ginger
1TBS Gochujang
2 TBS oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Combine pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
Pour over the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hrs to overnight.
Grill, broil or panfry
