3 Cups Flour
4 Tsp Yeast
1 1/4 Tsp salt
4 TBSP buttermilk powder (optional)
3 TBSP Sugar
1 1/8 Cup water
2 TBSP Oil
Preheat oven to 400F. Total recipe time: 1 Hour.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and bring to floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Dough will be very soft. Use enough flour to keep it from being sticky, but don’t over flour.
Form the dough into a dome and let dough rest for 10 minutes on the countertop.
Grease a 9x9 pan and form dough into 9 equal balls. To from balls place dough into your hands and press down firmly in a circular rotation fashion until the dough ball is smooth. Place balls into greased pan and equidistant from each other. Spray dough with a little bit of oil. Place towel back on top of pan and let raise for 20 minutes.
Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until middle roll center temperature reads 195F on a cooking thermometer.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
