1 Large Can of Cling peach halves in heavy surup.

Dough Starter
1/2 Cup Farina
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt

Dough
2 Cup Flour
2 Large Eggs
Drain and rinse peach halves and lay out on paper towel to drain. Cook Farina, Salt, Milk in sauce pan at medium heat stirring constantly until firm. Set aside to cool completely. Add Cool Farina to remaining dough ingredients and mix adding flour to reduce stickiness. Knead until firm. Roll out dough in a rectangle to roughly 1/3 inch thick. Cut into squares big enough to fit the peach halves. Fold the peaches into each square and pinch tops to seal. Drop in boiling/salted water for 15 minutes.

Serve with Butter and cinnamon and sugar.
