1 lb. (4 sticks) salted butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 Tsp soda
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 1/2 Cups Flour
Cream cheese and margarine and add vanilla. Add baking soda and flour and blend. Make walnut sizes balls and roll in powder sugar. Mash to form poket in middle with a shot glass. Refrigerate overnight. Fill with apricots, poppy seeds or other fruit fillings. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and sprink with powder sugar.
