3/4 cup sugar
1/4 corn starch + 1 TBPS
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp msg salt
3 egg yolks
2 cups half and half
1 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons butter
3 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix sugar, salt, milk, corn starch in medium sauce pan at medium heat stirring constantly until thickens.

Remove from heat and best egg yolks in separate bowl and slowly add hot pudding mixture to egg yolks while stirring vigorously. Once’s you have added about 1 cup of pudding mixture, slowly pour egg yolks into medium sauce pan and cook again until light simmer.

Remove from heat and add remaining flavorings and butter and salt to taste
